Skills-Based Workshops & Trainings
PK-WO organizes workshops to equip young women with skills for personal and professional growth. Career counseling and grooming sessions are held in educational institutes to spread awareness. Emphasis is placed on building a skill-based economy by teaching practical and marketable skills. These initiatives aim to empower females for better career opportunities.
On 3rd July and 5th July, Ms. Taqwa bint e Anees, Ambassador of Parwan-e-Khanum Welfare Organization (PK-WO), led interactive creative skills sessions from the platform of Parwan-e-Khanum in collaboration with Peshawar Model School. These sessions were part of the ongoing efforts to inspire and empower young female students by teaching them valuable crafting skills such as Candle Making and Flower Crafting from Play Dough.
The sessions provided a relaxing and creative environment where students could shape raw materials into beautiful and unique creations. Ms. Taqwa guided the students through each step, encouraging them to use their imagination and skill to bring their ideas to life. The collaboration with Peshawar Model School reflects Parwan-e-Khanum’s commitment to fostering creativity and leadership in young women, providing them with the tools and opportunities to express themselves artistically.
